Ok guys I did post a spec me the other day but my budget is now a lot more. I have £3500 to spend on a full system. I know skylake is around the corner but thats ok. I want a Fury X and obviously theres no price yet so I will say £600 for that. So basically £2900 for the rest including monitor, keyboard and mouse too. I want a big case, the one I have now on my other system Antec 1200 is massive but anything bigger?. This is for gaming and need a decent amount of ddr4 ram too. Was looking at X99 but not sure what to pick. I can probably up my budget to £3800. Thanks for the help.

I quite like the look of these https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-184-GL any good?

Red+black.

The cases you want are 900D or Enthoo Primo really - well suited to custom loop cooling

Will you be fully watercooling this? Might be worth doing at this budget

Sorry only just seen this question, I have never done a full custom loop before but yes im very interested in giving it a go. My budget should be plenty going off the specs so I might do just that. I know theres 2 versions of the Furyx coming, I was wanting the watercooled one. Will that be like an all in one kind of thing or will it need a custom loop?

Also if I do need a custom loop what kit would I need? and again price isn't that important. I have had a good look at those cases but not made my mind up yet. Might go for the 900D. Would that be ok to fit in a H100i + a fury X.

It will be a sealed water cooler similar to the R9 295X2.

If you are going for a H100i for the cpu cooler, then you don't need a 900D.

900D is old now, That Phanteks probably has it beat on price/features.

OcUK have water cooling kits that can be expanded upon over time but saying that a 240mm/280mm AIO like a corsair H110i etc will cope for most reasonable uses and overclocking.

So the Fury X is doesn't need a loop, thanks I was unsure. I really like the Phanteks and would like a go at a full loop, its just I have no knowledge at doing them. Have been building computers for years but never actually done that. So if I got the H110i the Phanteks would be suitable then? I think I will go with that and trust your opinions. How on earth do you post the items above in a list with the pictures and links? is there some kind of extention I need for chrome?

Even the cheaper Phanteks luxe or Enthoo Evolve ATX will take a 240/280mm AIO for the CPU in the roof and a spot on the rear for the FuryXs 120mm rad.

These cases will fit it all,

I have never built a custom loop so I can't help you on that part. If you just want something you can fit and forget about, then you would be better with a sealed unit such as the H110i GT or H105 etc.

What are you using this pc for as I don't think you mentioned that ? Hopefully more than gaming if you are going with the 5960X

Ok.

Ditch the sound card and use the motherboards onboard sound, reason being,

• GIGABYTE AMP-UP Audio™ Technology
• GIGABYTE Direct Audio Route Design
• Independent Right and Left Audio Channel PCB Layers
• Creative® Sound Core3D™ Quad-Core Audio Processor
• Creative SBX Pro Studio Audio Suite
• Nichicon high end audio capacitors
• Gold Plated Audio Hardware
• Quad DAC-UP USB Ports

Basically its got sound card quality parts on it.
