Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Venom
Doc Oc
Sandman
Electro
Green Goblin
The Lizard

A nice group of six, you could say ;)

Doc Oc doesn't look like he's a villain?
If the events of Tobey Spiderman are canon then he’s at the mercy of the AI in the arms which seems to have a malevolence and dislike of Spiderman for some reason. Not sure if the comics ever went into why the arms have so much control over him and why the AI does those things.

I'm just basing it on all the trailers have them chatting away, it looks as if once he finds out this Spiderman isn't Toby then he's helping this universe Spiderman.

I wonder if Marvel are trying to sUbVErT eXPeCTAioNs! If reality is breaking due to the multiverses mingling then perhaps being a scientist and this Peter Parker not being ‘his’ one means the Doc is willing to team up, at least temporarily with the MCU Spidey to fix things and get back to where he belongs.

It's entirely possible. Doc Oc is a very smart man, he may realise the danger of the Multiverses colliding and work to fix the spell.

Maybe - I haven’t seen Spider-Man 2 since it came out, memory hazy. I assume Marvel will have carried over what they want to with the character rather than it being a 100% identical copy though… not that long to find out anyway.
