Eddie no why would it?

Mainly because one of your directors admitted that if you lost the case you would be likely candidates for administration. It doesn't make sense for anyone to buy into a company, regardlerss of loyalties (not that your lot are very loyal otherwise they would have snapped the share issue) when they could lose all of their investment just a few months later.

There's a big gorilla in the room but you fail to see it. ;)

Jokester, you'd be as well to hit your head off of a brick wall. There is no admittance among the Rangers support on this board that they even have a tax case to defend against. Deny, deny, deny.

The argument between Chick Young and James Traynor is testament to this. A nod is as good as a wink is an old saying but it rings true here. Alastair Johnston nodded in agreement when asked if the case against the Tax Man could force Rangers out of business if they lost. He has now denied he said anything of the sort, which is true in a sense, but there are seven journos who all account for the somber proceedings when he nodded the answer to the tax question. Deny, deny, deny. Do we see a theme here?

Anyhoo, Celtic back on top with a demolition of Hibs. We should have won by a greater margin but weird and wonderful decisions by the referee stifled play somewhat.

Deny, deflect, deny. It's the Rangers way.

Their club actually had to issue a 'wee blue book' full of traditional, non-sectarian (if they don't ad-lib) songs for them to sing and it went ignored.

When Celtic fans (and I'm only talking about the away support here) sing songs that seem to offend others, it is only political songs not sectarian. I would rather they didn't sing these songs but let's face it, a small minority exists that revel in this. Over the city at Ibrox, it seems to be a large majority who belt out the sectarian anthems and this is why they are in trouble. Rightly so in my opinion.

Fletch, just keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. Name the sectarian songs that Celtic sing to continue your argument or keep quiet and stop tainting the name of Celtic.

And Fletch refusues to answer the question put before him but instead trots out the skewed view of John Gow who just happens to be a fellow Rangers supporter who has continually defended the indefensible by pointing a finger and saying 'but they do it too'.

Anyhoo, Celtic beat St Mirren to go five points clear in a very edgy game. St Mirren spurned several chances to go level as jitters seemed to get the better of Celtic. Chris Commons scored the goal, and what a goal, that seperated the teams.

A terrible day for SFA credability (not that I'm suggesting they had any to start with).

Rangers must be laughing with McCoist apparantly having no case to be heard even though he did as much as Lennon to bring the game into disrepute. Diouf gets a small fine even though he is involved in an altercation in the tunnel, argues with the Celtic bench, barges into a Celtic physio, refuses to leave the park, gets a red card and throws his top into the crowd against police advice. Bougherra man-handled the ref twice, snatched away the red card and showed nothing but dissent and still receives a paltry fine.

Rangers say they are surprised by the fines but it was a victory for common sense. Really!!!! I'll leave the final word on this to Paul McBride.

So, if a Celtic player tonight manhandles the referee, throws his top into the crowd, abuses other players, causes reaction among management and no action is taken, Rangers will presumably will tell us tomorrow that's a victory for common sense.

More shenannigans from the referee tonight as Celtic beat St Johnstone to stretch the lead to five points. A more blatant penalty you will never see.

Time will tell but I am confident that Celtic will easily win the SPL and the Scottish Cup. Let's face it, we demolished a team that your lot struggled against.

Considine claiming he made no contact with Hooper for Celtic's first penalty, how very wrong. Anyhoo, Celtic beat Aberdeen 4-0 to progress to a cup final against Motherwell. Craig Brown admitting that Celtic passed Aberdeen off the park and that Celtic are the best pass and move team in the league.

Willie Collum at the centre of controversy yet again. How much of a helping hand do Rangers need to win this league?

Also in the news, parcel bombs sent to Neil Lennon and Paul McBride. Do followers of Rangers know no shame? Attempting to kill the Celtic manager and a QC who has highlighted bias against Celtic in the SFA.

First penalty incident. Rangers player runs across Dundee Utd defender as he is clearing the ball. No foul, no penalty, no red card.

Second penalty incident. Never a penalty but was last man. Red card decision correct.

Third penalty incident. Minimal contact and Diouf goes down as if felled by a sniper in the stands. Never a last man decision either. No penalty, no red card, yellow for Diouf for simulation.

If Walter Smith or McCoist where to recieve death threats or bombs in the post right after and old firm game, which group would you think more likely of having committed the act? Bombs posted in Kilwinning and when you consider how many loyalist terrorists from Northern Ireland have settled in Ayrshire it doesn't take Einstein to work out which particular group of fans are behind this (or does Lennon having no trouble whatsoever before joining Celtic not come into it?).

Deny, deflect, deny. Eh Fletch?

Fletch is forgetting that the Orange Order is in-itself, a sectarian organisation. My uncle was blackballed from the Orange Order for daring to attend my First Communion and funnily enough, he was also blackballed from the Masons a week later. How both claim to be all-encompassing to all faiths amazes me and the only organisation I know of that genuinely believes in such tenets is Celtic.

While Fletch also claims to be more Irish than most, I can also claim my family have done more to aid Scotland than most or does taking part in three Jacobite Wars not count? The famine had yet to blight Ireland when my ancestors settled here in the vain hope of escaping religious persecution. Fletch also forgets why Catholic schools came into being in the first place and also forgets that there are Catholic schools all over the UK and it only appears to attract problems in the west of Scotland.

Anyhoo, Celtic cruise to an easy 4-0 victory over Kilmarnock. No dodgy decisions or fake penalty claims required.
