The test server was down for everybody for quite a while. They eventually fixed the issue though and let the test period run an extra hour to make up for it.

Had a lot of fun again. With people getting a little better at the game now there was more strategic play going on and I had some great back and forth matches tonight.

Roll on Friday :D

Cost me £50 for Splatoon and Donkey kong from Game Collection. Cant go wrong for that :).

Mine hasn't even dispatched. Looks like it will go out today (money taken).


I had splatoon and kirby pre-ordered with them. They done the same with with kirby (sent Thursday, arrived Friday).

I never get anything early :(, even places that are suppose to be good for it :(.
 
Mine arrived today, had a quick go on the single player at lunch, seems promising.
Trying to learn the default stock/ motion controls because I heard you can be much more accurate when you get used to it.

Checking, mine might have shipped yesterday.

Checking in account, it says shipped. Doesn't say the date. For some reason they didn't email me to tell me it had gone out.
 
Single player was fun then I decided to go on multiplayer....

Amazing. Probably one of the best multiplayer games ive played in years. So so great :D

That's bull, turn motion controls off immediately.
 
Did you try them Kreee ?
You do all your moving and turning with the sticks, motion control is just used for fine aim adjustment. It certainly seemed to have potential to me & I've been a big hater of motion controls usually.
I'll see how I feel over the next few days experimenting.
 
Can't decide wether or not to go pick this up at the Weekend , all my available time at the moment is being spent on the witcher 3 haha

Its definitely worth it. Fantastic fun. Easy to dive into online play too. It's one of the best games I've played in recent times. I've spent longer on this today than I have on the witcher 3 in two weeks.
 
I'd never really bothered looking into this game much as it didn't seem like my thing at all. But the universal praise on here has made me curious.

I have too many games already though!
