Sorry you may have to put up with Woy for longer though (even though I never truly thought this would be a make or break game for him, but at least would have been interesting to see if the press did actually turn on him). The FA need to review the tape involving the bowyer/sagna incidents.
Any place other than the football field, the police would be knocking on that fellas door.
The stamp was nothing but intentionally malicious, that and 5 minutes before he got gracefully withdrawn by McLeish, he ran clean through the back of sagna's legs, again with no other intention other than to floor the player.
Iv'e seen bad in my time, but the way lee bowyer played it out on poor sagna today, i hope the FA throw the book at the guy. It's no good for the game, or any kind of example to it's younger followers.

Like Fergie needed any more proof that Neville (unfortunately) isnt upto it any more - he has been a great servant (and captain) to the club, but he should never appear on the team sheet again, even as sub
After St Andrew's Utd deserved the three points (averaging out and all that / swings and roundabouts etc) but they were lucky to escape today, and especially with 3 points. Maybe WBA would have scored in the 1st half penalty....maybe they wouldnt, who knows - ref was pretty bad both ways
Glad for the 3 points, and keeps Utd top for a couple more days, but we will need to put in a MUCH better performance (and probably without Rooney for next three matches by the sounds of it - with Spurs away being the most worrying), but at this point I still wouldnt bet on Utd beating Stoke .....or even Liverpool in the Cup, easily if at all

Don't confuse it with keeping going until the end. Stealing a goal 3 minutes into added time is nothing like going to the Bridge and standing around doing nothing for 90 minutes.
Of course, I expect you'll roll out the Rovers result, but it's really a drop in the ocean.

Truly bad day at the office for Tevez. On form he should have easily been on a hatrick today at least. All credit to Blackpool for how they played, but we are starting to look more convincing by the game. Always creating loads of chances if not always finishing them. Couple of times Tevez should have passed rather than shoot too, but he scores a lot because he goes for it, again, just a bad day at the office.
Bit worried Silva had to come off injured, really hoping its just precautionary. Going to Arsenal without him would be like Arsenal missing Fabregas.
All said, joint top on points new years day, another clean sheet. Don't think anyone would have guessed this league table now at the start of the season. Exciting stuff.
