So then why the hell is Hodgson still in the hot seat?

Normally what tends to happen is that if a manager does this badly, he gets sacked and a caretaker manager comes in. The theory being that even the caretaker manager could do a better job. During this time, they look for a successor and then appoint him within a few weeks.

If Liverpool fans have finally realised that they have a manager who just isn't clicking, why hasn't he been sacked? What will it take?

Guys, I think you really must understand, Hodgson is doing a REALLY bad job. I don't think I am over reacting when I say this. A few seasons ago, Liverpool were consistently in the top 5 and competing for champions league titles. They are now entrenched in a relegation battle. Even I can see that something has gone drastically wrong since Hodgeson has arrived. Its so obvious, its not even funny.

Hell, even I'm getting irritated by this and I'm not even a Liverpool fan. :p
 
Can safely say that West Ham will be going down this year. Shame Scotty Parker didn't get out a few seasons a go because I rate him highly and he shouldn't be in such a club!
 
I've had enough of West Ham. £35 a ticket most weeks to see these ****'s not even bother, no effort, nothing. If they don't care, why the **** should I?

Yeah. Championship next year. Get rid of the likes of Boa Morte and Dyer and start getting some players from the Academy to prosper.

Would've given Hodgson a little bit of respect had he resigned before now but not anymore. He deserves to be kicked out of football for good for what he's done to Liverpool :mad:

Feel sorry for you Liverpool fans. The ironic thing is, Grant will manage us longer than Hodgson will manage you. Sad fact, considering our league position. :(
 
All ill say is i appriciate are owners not rushing into decsions BUT if they dont realise how bad Roy is after tonight nothing will. He cant/shouldnt get any of their money to spend.

His team selection yet again is ********.
 
I hope for Liverpool's sake that he gets sacked straight after this match! Even though I loved Rafa messing around Liverpool with his line-ups and constant changes and think it would be hilarious for Liverpool to get relegated what Woy is doing to you is pretty amazing.
