Hernandez cant play out wide so will never be put there, Rooney though we know can play out wide and do it effectively even if it isn't his desired position. Couple his attitude with being put out wide in recent weeks with the whole transfer saga earlier in the season it wouldn't surprise me if we shipped him out in the summer
soo its a daft comparison in regards to tonight then (as Rooney started out wide, and with Gibson starting we would have been truelly murdered in 1st half in 4 - 4 - 2)
Personally thought Rooney has been decent out wide recently (although tonight he was bad admittedly) , cant believe Utd will ship him out in the summer unless there is a deal behind the scenes (I doubt it though)
Chicarito is a brillaint player, and is getting better and better, but he has struggled when on from the start so far (and the club /supporters have no right to expect anything else imo) , he is definitely worht more as an impact sub this season and lets just be patient with him over the next season or so
Expecting too much too soon , especially from young strikers, can work out worse for everyone concerned . He appears willing and able, and thats a brilliant attitude, but let him develope his game slowly or he could burn out
Personally think Rooney has hauled the club through many games single handedly (nearly) in recent years, so its time for payback from the fans. Yes he was out of line earlier in the season, but I still think Utd will be the biggest loser if they ship him out too soon
You can put the questionmark later in my sentance but basically wasn't sure if it was his shoulder that clipped his face or not, either way it was accidental and not a foul.
Also wasn't like it was a penalty decision.
In fairness when bpool were 2-0 up and that penalty wasn't given everyone knew what was happening after that
It was a booking though - which could easily have led to CA being sent off later in the match
Just as easy to look at Blackpool's fitness levels for last 15 minutes, without the 5+ minutes rest for Rafael's injury, they could have been further behind (its quite evident after how much energy they regained while medical staff where on the pitch) - or maybe its Utd's fault for being capable of playing for the full 90 (playing time) as well?
