***SPOILERS AHOY!!***Football 26th-29th Dec 2010

Typical crappy Arsenal performance last night...drawing with Wigan of all ****ing teams:mad:...WTF is the matter with us??...we beat Chelsea convincingly then put in a frankly crappy performance against Wigan...again 2 pts dropped...FFS we just arent going to win the title this season...our defence of Squilacci and Kos is just utter utter rubbish and if Wenger cant see that those 2 are costing us points then frankly he needs shooting lol.

FFS Wenger get your head out of your french arse and buy some world class defenders instead of these crappy little known defenders.

To be fair Wigan should have never had a penalty, it was outside the box plus he dived;) and Arsenals free kick near the end of the match should have been given a penalty as it was clear as day the wall was moving forward so not 10 yards and secondly there was a handball...simples.

As for the Wilshere bashers...STFU please....i suppose its ok for someone to knock you in the head right and get away with it??...astounding the amount of **** that comes from certain people in here lol.

True, while the Chelsea v Spurs game only finished in a 1 -1, it was end to end stuff. Maybe I am just being biased as I am a Spurs fan, but Spurs are usually good value for entertainment.

On their day they can beat anyone, while on the other hand they can always loose to a struggling team as well, you just never know with spurs.

I suppose that's something I haven't really got as much as everybody else about Spurs this season, that game against Chelsea was meh, yes all the players ran around pretty fast but it was even more devoid of quality than the Arsenal/Man Utd game, there was no quality and possession changed hands every few seconds, yet just because the players run around faster it's supposedly exciting and entertaining. I was left underwhelmed after that game despite Sky trying their very best to convince me it was the pinnacle of football. Spurs games are usually quite end to end and there's a lot of sprinting, depends what floats your boat I suppose!

He didn't headbutt him, he practically kissed him. He didn't cause him any kind of pain or damage what so ever, yet he acted like his face just got broken.

So what if he did? If somebody kissed my forehead out in the street I wouldn't hit the deck. Neither would any footballer. However it happens on the pitch no? Sure it's not right but what Wilshere did wasn't new or unique, the anti-Arsenal crap that sometimes goes on in here is frankly picky, ridiculous and bordering on hypocritical.

As said above, heck, even in the same match with the same player N'Zogbia went down easily after being touched as well. Yet still, nobody is bothered about that. :confused:
 
A kiss would have been a lot more contact you're right.

Have you watched football in the last 10 years :s? That's what football is now, get advantages through any means, even Tottenham do it every week

Jezus you sound like Arsey Whinger, why you getting your knickers all knotted up?

I don't care he had an Arsenal shirt on or not... what he did was wrong and it's pathetic. It's no different when any other cheat does it either.

What everyone seems to think is the more people do it then it makes it right??

And it was a tottenham player that bought regular play acting as though you were hurt to these shores.

Cheating is rife in football, it's a way of life from calling for a corner you know you didn't win, to feigning injury.

No one cares though until it's their team getting bummed for 5 minutes, then theres outrage for a few days and it's business as usual.

Just odd that you'd only pick up on one instance of it and it happened to be an Arsenal player! I don't regularly see you moaning about it, it happens literally 20 times a weekend

I didn't watch MotD last night but apparently they didn't even mention the fact that Wigan's penalty was a dive. Very odd how selectively things are covered/complained about.

personally i would have given nzogbia a red for his actions and a yellow to wilshere for over reacting.

this way it will show the idiots you cannot get away with either of them.
