I think Spurs are a really good side this year. VdV adds that extra bit of quality and I think they're certainly a better side than City who just seem to hope Tevez turns up and does the job for them.

Basically classic Wenger, stupid change for the sake of stupid change, didn't work AT ALL, but didn't change it again till it had cost us.

Yeah we won at Chelsea, it wasn't a bad performance, but we didn't beat 1 or 2 in the league, we beat the worst form team in the country, playing rubbish and we made a LOT of errors doing it. Today those errors cost us, the changes were completely unnecessary and the changes included bringing in the likes of Chamakh who have been useless lately?

Its just laughable, and completely predictable before the game Wenger/Theo "we've beaten Chelsea, now lets have some consistancy" makes a crapload of changes and drops points........ surprising, only to the blind.

The the final piece of genius, chasing the 3 points take off Arshavin, the best player on the pitch, leave on Chamakh, the worst, brilliant.

You can almost be certain that whoever is putting in the best Arsenal performance will be subbed and the worst player will stay on.

Wilshere's 'oh god he's invaded my personal space I'm gonna fall over now' is a ****ing disgrace. God he's such a ****ing scumbag I hate him so much. ****.

flu, actually been half dead since about a week ago, watched the footie but dragged self back to bed after. First proper nights sleep in about 7 days last night.

I don't know if I could have taken the ridiculous rubbish that was no doubt posted about us finally beating a top team, ignoring their current form.

I've said for YEARS that Chelsea has the weakest squad of anyone in the top 6 really, Malouda, Kalou, Mikel, Anelka are all fair weather players, if everyone else is playing well they'll look ok, none of them can play well on their own and if the team isn't playing well none of them will look like footballers. Beyond the first team Chelsea have no one worth playing at all, without Lampard/Essien/Drogba playing and playing well they are pretty much woeful.

Its great we beat them, but beating Wigan on current form would have been the more impressive result.


ANyway, I assume we'll not see Bendtner for another 10 games. Beat injury, came back played 2-3 games with 1-2 of them starts, scored a few, setup up a couple and was heavily involved in a couple, dissappears for 8 or so games, plays again, scores goals, sets up goals, makes some great chances, comes on as sub and turns games, dissappears for another bunch of games.

Plays again today, sets one up, scores one, then Wenger decides he should play left wing for the second half, where Arsenal look awful. Bendtner is turning into a really VERY effective player yet Wenger is happier to start a completely ineffective RVP or just rubbish Chamakh over him. Chamakh needs dropping for a few games so he's scared back to working hard and actually trying to shoot like in his first dozen Arsenal games, and RVP needs to play in a 4-4-2, useless as a lone striker.

lol, Spurs have scored 13 less, conceded 1 more, got 4 less points in a season EVERYONE above them got worse, and they are a spot further down the table.

Spurs are the same sporadic team they were last year, honestly with Chelsea/Utd playing significantly worse than last year, Arsenal even less consistant and with VDV added to the team Spurs SHOULD be significantly better than they are right now.

The league has become a joke this year, though Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal vs 5 years ago, are a joke in quality.

Arsenal vs Utd was woeful football, Spurs vs Chelsea was woeful, Chelsea vs Arsenal was woeful, etc, etc, etc. Even the great games last season like UTd vs City which last year might have been the most competitive games of the season, have been woeful this season.

The ridiculous drop in Chelsea/Utd this season though is beyond anything we've seen before, its pretty embarassing that Utd can't win away, Chelsea can't play football and Arsenal/City/Spurs couldn't step up and jump into a big lead.
 
I guess all in all what was the most disappointing was that after Monday night, we don't beat a team far below us in the league table, yet somehow Chelsea win against Bolton, one spot below.

Strange that nobody will mention N'Zogbia's dive yet simulation/making a meal of a situation/'letting the ref know a foul's taken place' is of course disallowed for any Arsenal player. To be honest it was pretty funny that Wilshere got that very guy sent of later on. :p

Do they play in the EPL? Barca usually just camp in the oppositions half and rarely leave it. The top EPL sides are more direct and give the ball away much more often, thus have to play box to box more often which is much more tiring than slower but more constant movement.

i dont think Wilshere is despicable just because of what happened with N'Zogbia
its his behaviour in general in other matches as well
