Therefore he's predictable in certain matches against a better fullback.

Then he'll try something else - doesn't have a good grasp anything else and gives the ball the away.

He'll have his good days against slower defenders but against great players, I don't think he'd do it regularly.

I'm not just trying to bash him for the hell of it. I just prefer not to give a huge amount of praise to players who don't deserve it.

He's certainly effective today against a side struggling for confidence.

Sorry that wasn't meant as a reply, I meant the 1-2 then dangerous cross he played in.

Terry was their furthest forward player at one point then! You can tell he's really ****** with whats happened in his abscense. They really want Drogba right about now.

Better performance so far today from Chelsea goal was a little against the run of play.

Still not overally convinced by Ramires good to see Lamps warming up though and Drogba to come off the bench so there is some hope.

Mad to think how this season started it was pretty much written off as Chelsea were going to run away with it.

Fast paced game but not loads of quality yet (besides the good goal), Chelsea are really playing poor, their midfield is too easy to get stretched and Spurs are passing through them without too much trouble or invention, just one man making a run seems to turn their midfield into turmoil. Not sure what's going on at Chelsea, but they're poor at the moment, they're also as bad as Arsenal in defence! At least we can attack!

Bale's been poor since he got clattered, besides that 'magnificent run' according to the commentator haha

I love how runs are judged by commentators based mostly on distance, if you run 60 yards, completely unchallenged, then fluff your shot or cross its still a fantastic "run", laughable really.

Chelsea are rubbish, the amount of times the ball gets just inside their half, then theres no one in the Spurs final third at all, and then Anelka moves up. Kalou and even more Malouda are making very little attempt to play as a second striker. Mostly Barca if they attack up the left wing, Messi runs up into the box and they basically have a left winger and two strikers, and vice versa. When the balls going up the right Malouda should be killing himself to get alongside Anelka and he's doing nothing.

Terry was the ONLY player in the first half for Chelsea to actually run forwards at pace, he passed the ball off to Essien, expected it back and nothing, then sat on the back four waiting, then gave up, complete joke to be honest. Chelsea are playing with no pace, no urgency and massively spread out. You don't need width on both sides of the pitch at the same time, if the balls out on the left, the right side needs to come inside.

Malouda has been truly pathetic again, maybe one good cross, constantly holding up the ball rather than passing/creating fast, constantly cutting back and passing backwards.

Defending for the goal was a joke, Ivanovic had to come across because Ferreira was no where to be seen, thats fine, Mikel stepped into Ivanovic's space, thats fine, but Pav was running sideways across the box, there was only one direction his touch would take the ball and Mikel ran towards Pav and away from where the ball was going, if he just steps to the right a bit, theres no goal, Mikel has been woeful though.
