Do you think people really get run out of here because of who they support or because they talk crap and get proven wrong time and time again?

Big clubs in having more fans shocker!!!

There has always been the same amount of fans on this forum as long as I've been a member, they come and go, remember Linoge? he stopped posting because he was sick if the crap all the time.

The lower league teams can have as many threads as they like, the fact of the matter is the bigger teams with more fans are going to contribute in the bigger threads, there was a time when there used to be a few Leeds fans on here but they soon left when they started dropping down the leagues.

We can't force people to post, they post when they want to.

Yes I understand that, it was me viewing the way cheets supporting Wigan was laughed at that other people might be 'scared' about getting the same treatment. cheets seems to have thick enough skin to be able to give it out and take it, other posters might not have the same confidence ;)

You have been around long enough to know exactly why cheets gets grief and it's nothing to do with him supporting Wigan.

He only contributed in the match day thread to have a pop at Rooney, not "I went to the game, sending off incident could have changed the game blah blah blah". Nope it was an excuse to come in and tell us all how he hates Mancs and Scousers :/

What does Cheets class as a plastic supporter?

Anyone that doesn't live in the town of the club they support.

I always thought you welcomed incoming hard ons

cut it out

.
Dude, I'm at work, I refreshed and up pops that :D

LuLz :D

He didn't really, Giggs rolled back the years that day. It was a joy to see :)

He really did. There were no stand out players in that game (unless Webb counts) and I didn't see Giggs nor any attacking other player on the pitch doing anything of note.

As for your initial question regarding injuries: Kelly pulled his hamstring so he's going to be out for a good few weeks and Meireles took a knock to his knee so hopefully shouldn't be too bad. We need at least 1 of Agger and Aurelo to be fit though because Wilson at LB worries me.

As for Carroll, he was close to being in the squad for the West Ham game so hopefully he'll be available for this weekend, can't see him starting though.

I am very polite on here, who doesn't troll, everyone does it.

Fact is even if I called a truce, which I have done in the pass I still get muppets having a pop.

I am a sunderland fan, and I can 100% guarantee if it had been Lee Cattermole he would have been sent off.

Rooney screams abuse at the refs all through the game and nothing ever happens

some players are untouchable

Well I'll keep an eye on it from now on but like I have said I have seen posts from Man U fan's going just as low (if not lower) than cheets.

When it's someone like Gerrard wheres the mass debate then?

Is that a serious question? We've had threads on here hammering Gerrard for scratching his ass.

The reason Taggart said what he did was because he knew Rooney was in the wrong and he wanted to deflect the criticism.

It's been going on years mate, the Mods know all about it.

Yeah I thought you'd say that response. I will see what can be done then, but both parties need to be clean and in the past few weeks Man U fans have given just as much as they've received.

He played it brilliantly then didn't he ;)

The Gerrard threads must be before my time then as I don't remember them :)

I also think the refs are too 'pally' with some of the players

I don't think the Rooney incident has anything to do with that. I've read that the ref saw the 2 players coming together and percieved it as Rooney barging into McCarthy; he's said to have not seen the elbow specifically.

This is a general point, not specifically about the Rooney incident but how can the FA get away with hiding behind 'the ref saw it' line and let a player off for violent conduct but punish players/managers for criticising officials?
