Yep, I've felt that for a while now. I do think that he needs to buy if he wants to compete for everything again. Whether he really thinks that the squad is strong enough or whether he's not being given the money is a question I don't know the answer to, the owners aren't very forthcoming and I don't really trust anything they say.
