**SPOILERS** The Football League Cup 2010/2011 Final

Yes **** happens, but that's my point there's no way in the second half, bar them hitting the post early on did they do anything.

Had they done an Ipswich and scored from the long ball late on I'd not be annoyed about it. But thanks, and only thanks to a **** up? No way we deserved to lose like that.

If you're attacking like that in the last few minutes you should always be prepared for the counter attack, they switched off at the back.

It would have been unlucky of Birmingham lost because they had more to feel hard done by about imo.

Oh right sorry, I thought the keeper was called Koscielny, I get confused with all these East European immigrants :D
It would be the two 'unpronouncables' that get involved in the match deciding incident; you're either stuck struggling to get their names out or just labelling them 'GK' and 'CB'... :p

We attacked for almost all of the second half, not just the last few minutes.

Hard done about what? We attacked and attacked and upto when they scored we had 20 shots to their 6. We'd have deserved it and it'd have just been the case that the door finally blew down.

Truth is we don't really know until one of them makes a comment, obviously if the keeper called it earrly then the blame is mostly on the incumbant defender.

RvP?

Could have been a difference game if he wasn't made of fibreglass!

He was on the pitch, he took a knock MUCH earlier and he DIDN'T hobble off at all, he was perfectly fine, he had one shot at goal, one proper shot and scored, delivery was the issue, so Wenger changed the striker, again, its his pretty standard response to the strker being utterly isolated and having zero supply, change the .......... striker.

What kind of idiot changes your best striker in a cup final, if he was limping around in agony, thats one thing, but he came off looking fine, and showed no sign of his knock a minute after it happened. Absolute joke, I think the ONLY worse decisions Wenger could have made would be Diaby and Squillaci throw into the team somewhere or another.

Arshavin off, seriously, RVP/Arshavin were miles and miles and miles better than Rosicky/Nasri.

Wenger making late substitutions, we dominated the entire second half but created very few really great chances, and no idea where Foster gets MOTM, 2 great saves, maybe, most of his saves from Nasri were pretty bog standard, theres a reason a shot has to be pretty spectacular from 25+yards to score, because the keeper has a long time to react, the saves were decent, but expected .

The defender was going to hoof it you could tell that but pulled out halfway through, he either got a call very late or didn't get a call, even still in hat position I would expect the GK to be coming out and getting it.

The fact that they should have had a penalty and possibly a sending off.

It was a mistake by the linesman otherwise you would have been 2-0 down at one point.

BUTTHURT much Arsenal fans?

I said when Arsenal played Barca Arsenal are not a complete team and they need a experienced CB, an experienced DM and a #1 GK this has been obvious to near enough everyone for ages and today it has been shown.

Wenger needs to buy someone, its all very well having this young team that "mature together" and follow the same philosophy but they need someone to ground em and to take charge.
