Playing Fallout 3 at the moment, so should give it time to get sorted.

Awesome will have to try it out. Aside for a few graphical tests ain't touched CoP since I finished it about a year ago now.

Only thing is because CoP was more 'complete' already than the previous 2 games, this doesn't seem as big an overhaul as before. Still great stuff though.

EDIT: Bah getting the x-ray 1.6 is broke message with or without the mod. Will try a fresh install.

Managed to get it running by turning down the 'Texture Quality' down a notch with everything else still maxed out.

Really want to play it but with the full shabang instead of stuff being turned down.

I liked CoP well enough as it was but am very interested in this, also the eyefinity they were working on although I'd still need two more monitors.

For those that suffer from the xray engine crashes make sure that you have any overlay disabled such as steam, fraps and xfire.

Really want all the STALKERS, but perhaps waiting for a steam spring/summer sale is the best idea? Does it come up often?

This is taking an eternity to download for me, but that might just be the fact that BT have a fugezi line to my house or the servers may be getting hammered. My dl's from steams UK servers are frequently slower than the one's state side. I think i'm pulling from chicago on steam.

The problem is there aren't enough buttons to play. This game has a lot of buttons & really many you can't do without. A 1:1 mapping of buttons to pad doesn't provide enough. For a pad implementation, you'd need wheel menus or cycling menus on a pair of buttons, not something you can set up in software.

Perhaps wait for a patch to be released. That's what I'd do (if it doesn't work for you / someone), as most people seem to be having issues with dx10 / 11.

Those of you who's game crashes, how much vRAM do you have and in what resolution do you play? For 1680x1050, DX11, I think it needs at least a 1GB card (in the console, D3D is from 1,3 to almost 1,5GB).

Also, the gamge won't run with FRAPS 3.0.3 on my PC, so keep your eyes open for that kind of problemes too.
