You need to do a mission first and then Garry should appear and he can move you around.

In which anomalies can i find Bubble artifacts (-4 radiation) and Goldfish (+2 radiation, +12Kg)?

Funny you should say that

i just bought an exo and have fully upgraded it right this minute, any ideas on which weapons to carry around? Currently using Black Kite fully upgraded (.45 ammo is lighter than most others by far), an SGI-5k fully upgraded and the Gauss rifle in my inventory for tougher enemies.

Game crashes when I hand in the quest named

Intermittent Psy-emissions :
Take the anomalous formation to the Scientists (in the bunker)

Shows me the awards the I am given then the game locks up I have changed the video settings rebooted PC turned fraps off & still nothing fixes it.

Anyone else have this problem ?
If not can you tell me if it's the last quest in the chain ?

Game has not crashed at any other point for me

I was carrying DEagle, auto shotgun from Nimble (can't remember the name), VSS and Streloks SIG all fully modded and was carrying like 600 bullets for the SIG, and 400 for VSS. Oh and of course the Gauss.

I just upgraded every weapon Nimble has for the sheer hell of it moment i got tier 3 tools. I really do think the only reason people use Pistols is because they don't know you can equip 2 big guns. They don't seem too bad but why would you take a Pistol over a Shotgun/Assault/Sniper? If weight is an issue just don't loot as much or take more Goldfish (it is kinda annoying that you can't get 4/5 slots until Pripyat).

Most of the time I have an assault rifle (TSR-301/GP-37) and a Vintorez in the slots.
But I do carry a UDP around with me for when I have a scanner in my left hand and the UDP in my right hand.

Another thing, I do find the quests and endings of quests a bit annoying, I had a quest where I had to protect a few people that were taking readings of an anomaly but suddenly they were all gone and the quest ended but I don't think it ended correctly as I wasn't given any further info.

supermarket or Grocery Store – mission 5 (Missing Sentry) in Pripyat.

there is a locked blue cupboard there.... how do i open it ??.

Not that I could see, one got killed but the others looked like they vanished.

Oh well, not really important as it is a side quest, I am currently busy with gaining entry to Pripyat :cool:

just finished this, by the end I was hooked again - starts off just being more of the same but then you remember how awesome the series is - the atmosphere is immersive

ive got the first 2 and really tempted to get the 3rd but have loads of uni work to do. does this have a simlar map to the first 2 or is it completely different?

The gameworld is much smaller than the previous games though, more enjoyable though imo.

I think it seems smaller, but the area's themselves (if creek is anything to go by) are far larger than any of the old games levels. Not got too far yet, played for quite some time but still on the first level so there seems to be quite a lot to do.

The Ash Heap is good fun at least. I just stood on the edge of a hill with my Lynx (SVDm-2) 1 shotting all the zombies... then went down to loot the corpses to find most of them had vanished :mad:

That happens a lot and its annoying.

I'm in X8 atm and i can't seem to fid all the documents, got 2 so far and i'm sure i've covered the whole thing.
