Sorry for the late reply to the welcome, I was doing a ground mission rescuing starbase24 and it was a little hectic to say the least 8)
 
Just found the bank which is lucky as I'm full of stuff I have no idea about, noticed the fleet bank, can I buy stuff from it same as a shop?

Fleet bank is there to help yourself to - just try to put good stuff in too as you find it. I find that it can be a good way to setup your ship when you first level up - then as you find stuff replace it in the bank. Don't worry about it to much, we are pretty casual about it :)
 
Where can I find some interesting missions?
Ive done quite a few recently, in the neutral sector and the one where you fight the Breen.

All I have left though is exploring systems and patrols.
All of which are incredibly boring to do.

You will need to level until you get more story missions. If you have done the Breen and Devidian (Eta Eridani) missions then patrol/exploration are all you can do until new story missions appear as you level.
 
All that good will, cryptic managed to build by getting new players due to intresting content has just gone out the window.

Foundry is late AGAIN.
 
They said season 3 should be here on the 9th. The Foundry had some significant bugs apparently - hopefully it will get here soon! I am waiting for the new sector space more than anything :)
 
I hope someone asks them and they listen to introduce a breakdown kinda system where if you have bound items you can break them down into raw materials to use in mem alpha, which is one good way imo to recycle bound items you never use anymore.
 
Someone bought most of my anomalies yesterday - made about 8 million in the space on 1 day - not bad :p

Then made another 1.5 million this morning selling some more. Wish I had sold them for more now. They hadn't sold for months, then they all sold in the space of two days - kind of random?

Real economy? You mean a fee for listing on the exchange? Everything I have seen will not fix the problem of energy redit inflation in the game. The problem I see is that as soon as the exchange feee comes in zone chat is going to be spammed beyond belief.
