That's the funny thing about the transporter, engineers struggled to make a positronic brain but the transporter had no issues beaming data anywhere. And that was literally a copy and paste machine.
 
Who's the actor playing a Klingon commander at 1.21 in that video? I recognise his voice, but I can't for the life of me remember who he is! :o

if you think about it wolf has help make the who the leaders of Klingon empire is twice now, first with gawron and then Martok
