Have people lot their minds? They said they were targetting 2009 now they're targetting 2010, how is that not a delay? Nobody is saying Blizzard promised it and no one is saying Blizzard are pants or anything.

People are jumping to defend against a statement that was never an attack. It's not like we're lynching Blizzard employees in the street.

I'm totally playing devils advocate here but Starcraft, Warcraft and Diablo are some of the most critically acclaimed and widely played games ever. Most companies do not have such a stellar record.

I'm totally playing devils advocate here but Starcraft, Warcraft and Diablo are some of the most critically acclaimed and widely played games ever. Most companies do not have such a stellar record.

But if you look at say Gamerankings, they don't rank anywhere near the top 10 or even 20 reviewed, so there are plenty of other companies that don't take so long to release some damn good games. I'm only really a fan of Diablo (don't mind Warcraft but not WoW and never got on with Starcraft) but although Blizzard always deliver, they do take an overly long time.

"Better", such a misused word, better should always be qualified, nothing is just "better" than anything else.
