Starcraft II Delayed

Damn i've just spend an hour reading about Diablo3, getting myself excited. Now i bet i wont see it untill 2011 :mad:

Agreed, i've bought games due to hype from friends and i've through they were rubish. Means nothing towards the greatness of the game.

I may be wrong, but I had heard it was being delayed on the account that the new Battle.net system was lagging behind a bit.

Additionally I thought I read somewhere (may have been a fan based site) that Blizzard said they will have two title releases for 2010.

I would assume that would be D3 and SC2, but there is also rumors of a 3rd unknown title.

The other 2010 release could be the second instalment of SC as iirc it's coming out in 3 parts.
 
As far as I'm aware I'd rather have it polished to near perfection unlike games that feel a little rushed these days. There will always be something to moan about though. :)
 
Both these games will be stale by the time they see the light of day. Luckily enough for Blizzard, there is very little innovation in the PC gaming market.
 
I'd rather they took their time over it... They've got to improve over the original after all! I'm still playing thru Brood War, it's really really good! Roll on 2010! ;)

EDIT: Who's completed the original and brood war? I can't believe it's 13 years old now! :eek:

I've completed both but I found the missions in the last campaign to drag somewhat... Still damn good though :)

I've just started the Terran campaign on BW, I quite like the way not all the missions are "destroy everything" missions... Have you uncovered the hidden mission also?

Dawn of War 2 doesn't even stand up to Dawn of War 1, Starcraft 2 will have no problems.
