Why dont they bomb the Apache? I mean cruise missle it or something that way the enemy cant use it.
I am sure that the pilots already destroyed the hard dirves of the aircraft when they knew they were going down but no sense in letting the enemy have your technology

I;ve been wondering about this all day.
One of my theories is: There are a lot of Civvies poking their noses around it just to have a look.
Other theory is they are hoping to recover it once the area is captured.
Personally, i'd fly a load of planes over, drop leaflets telling everyone to move away, then CABOOOM it.
Those sneaky Ruskies mite starts poking their nose in

Other theory is they are hoping to recover it once the area is captured.
