Steam Autumn Sale Hype!

I liked CSD1 quite a lot for a little time-killer. Be interested to hear what you think of 2 in comparison.

I never played the first one - but it’s a decent game for just a fiver!

It’s clear that it’s an indie game though - There are some bugs and some weird things that happen between mouse/keyboard controls.

Bugs are not just in indie releases. Plenty of AAA games as well to be fair.

I caved in and bought Civ 6. Also bought Stellaris and Don't Starve Together. My desktop is not together at the moment and I need some laptop friendly games :D.
discipline Scotty123 discipline civ6 is not worth it at that price. Maybe this time next year.

Civ 6 at 50% off, might indulge

Just thought I show you this incase you not bought the game yet, seems Civ 6 still have to many bugs to be fun to play. :(

Yeah..like the UI becoming unresponsive during the tutorial! :(

Maybe I should stick to Stellaris for now. I've spent a lot of time in Don't Starve Together as well. Runs great on the laptop.

Impressive levels of incompetence. And to think Firaxis used to be good, many, many years ago. Still play SMAC :p

Last day of the sale. So what did people get? Interested as may be tempted to get one more... Saying that I am still thinking of getting Everyone's Gone to the Rapture as £3.99 seems decent.

Anyway, I grabbed these:

Disney Winnie the Pooh (for my lad)
Just Cause 3
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Near Death
The Division
Ys The Oath in Felghana
3DMark
Crash Time III (for my lad)
Bayonetta

Picked up a couple more today: Wrack and Intrude.

As well as the above, in this sale, I've bought Mankind Divided, Serious Sam 2, and Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter.

I think that's it so far.

Well, sale is finished!

Really happy with myself, didn't buy anything this time round, did have a few in my cart waiting, but Christmas sales will be coming soon and I can easy wait.

Main two games I was eyeing up was the Witcher 3 (But I won't buy because I want to finish Skyrim main story at least) and The Evil Within 2 which I think I pick up at Christmas when I finish The Evil Within 1 (about 5 hours in so far). Maybe it have a better discount by then.

Just bought 3dmark. I did have everyone gone to rapture in my cart, but the reviews put me off. I quite like walking simulators, but the reviews for this one said you walk painfully slow. I tend to backtrack a lot in these types of games and could see it being a nightmare if you walk at a snails pace.
