Steam Autumn Sale Hype!

Have quite a few games in my wishlist. Went for these:-

The Stanley Parable
SOMA
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture
Little Nightmares
Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation
Prey

Really tempted by No Mans Sky but will wait for the next sale.

I bought it last night as it's been on my list for a while but rarely seen it on sale, it's slow but looks nice and has a good story I've heard.

Fallout 4 at £9.99 is an absolute steal, the first 100 hours in the game was a lot of fun to me (I still need to finish the game)

The great thing about the game is that it's really two games in one, you can play the game as intended or you can treat it like Minecraft, where you can do nothing but build towns or cities, do whatever you want with the right mods.

Which brings me to modding, just like Skyrim, you can do anything with it. Before I started to play, it took me four weeks to mod the game with graphic and gameplay changes to make it good for me.

I would recommend the season pass, I hear Far Harbor is the best and I know players who skip the main story and go start that as soon as they start the game, Nuka-World is also really great, my only complaint about it like many do is that it can affect the main story line with the Minuteman (There are mods to fix that) but it's a great blast.

I never played Civ 6, it's on my wishlist, but I honestly don't see much difference between Civ 5 and 6, why spend an other £15-20 when Civ 5 is just as good? I only have 100 hours in Civ 5, maybe if someone had a lot more, Civ 6 be an upgrade for them.

The Division gave me 100 hours of awesome play then the story line finished and it became repetitive, but £15 for 100 hours is worth it I think. If you are into PVP and the other PVP modes that the Season Pass has to offer, then you will get more out of the game then I do. I'm only really into COOP PVE.

Can't comment on Hellblade (it's on my wishlist) but Deathwing is pretty awesome. I got 110+ hours of mostly online play and find it a lot of fun and it's updates are making it a lot better.

If you play online, I recommend doing FF+No Mercy games since it really changes how the game is played, one mistake can mean game over and it really forces you to play good.
 
Looked down my wishlist last night and the savings are a mix of £2 - £3 hardly worth sticking a sale price on them.

I think I will grab it at that price also tbh. I don't really remember it being in any sale so £3.99 seems a good deal.

The audio is meant to be oustanding and I have a decent setup with HD650 headphones, tube AMP & DAC. Should be worth the entrance fee alone :)

Someone mentioned Little Nightmares above and I can see that's half price. Might have to grab that as well, looks decent.

Also H1Z1 is £3.75... Seems really cheap that. Might be worth a punt!

Windows store is blooming rubbish tho. Paid via paypal and got an error message at checkout.

Still received my email saying I had made a purchase, game was added to my library and started downloading (120Gb! :eek:)

I got forza horizon 3 the other day and it’s nearly filled my boot Ssd up, need to find a way to move it to my game storage drives
 
I caved in and bought Civ 6. Also bought Stellaris and Don't Starve Together. My desktop is not together at the moment and I need some laptop friendly games :D.

Neverwinter i just tried to move it and the move option is greyed out, quick googled and read something about MS disabling the move option for some.
Ill just delete and reinstall when i can be bothered

What version of 10 do you have?
 
only interested in latest fallout and They are billions, but i feel the game is only worth around a £5.

shall i do it fallout 4 for 9.99 is pretty cheap
 
Fallout 4 was good :)

I want the season pass / DLC for it, but £20 for either all DLC or the GOTY edition seems extreme when I already have the base game
