This or I have them on Origin / other platforms that I've played.

Some have been part of bundles through steam aswell. Some are test branches (Dota test)

Some are games I completed before Steam even existed (Half Life and all variants of) and some other games I managed to add via CD Key so I could get rid of the physical copy.

I even have duplicates for some reason (San Andreas)

Some of them I dont even know how they are on my games list.

Some of them were actually free for limited amounts of time.

The games that I won't play are very likely simply a punt I've taken on a sale (e.g. a game that I think I 'might' like...worth a few quid for a shot). So, I can only see this rising over the long term. That said, looking at my list, there's quite a few that I simply haven't got around to even trying out, e.g. Arkham City, Outlast, Duke Nukem 3D : Megaton Edition. Too much choice and not enough time! :D

Well in most cases it's because people are buying packs of games that work out cheaper than buying the games in those packs that they are actually interested. Not really idiotic, is it?

But anyway, there's a lot of nonsense in there. I've got loads of 'not played's on my list that i clearly have. Apparently I haven't played GTA III yet i've completed it more than once. Also, 'other edition's and such also get included. For example i bought the rockstar complete pack to get all the gtas and other games for next to nothing, but it also included the mac versions of gta III, san andreas and vice city. So they will forever stay on my steam list unplayed. And again, batman arkam city and asylum both had a steam upgrade (was it to removed GFW? cant remember) and both games were replaced in steam with the GFL-free games of the year editions, so now i have two versions of each in my steam list. I completed both games before that happened, so that's another two on my list that probably wont get played.

Not in the slightest bit accurate, I am pretty sure I have spent barely £200 in the last few years on steam games. Most of my collection is bundle stuff / freebies.

You don't appear to understand what the word "worth" means.

It should say

Spent = to much
Worth= bugger all

i'v got 101 games on steam, think i'v finished 3

kept going back to BF2

Not too bad...About 10 of those 'not played' are from the recent sale and the rest are mostly freebies or games I have actually played.
