Steam Summer sale - 19-30th June

Good luck with that.

I bought it too,Got stuck on linking something with my steam which had to happen for it to work,After a load of reading i manually had to type in console for it to link...done.

Now game starts but server list menu lags out and doesnt respond.

Apparently this issue has been an issue since forever,a dev commented on it back in December 2013 and its still not been fixed.

Going to try it over the next couple of days to see if they fix it otherwise im asking for my money back on steam, regardless of how much it cost a game is no good to me if it dont work. :o

Having the exact same problem here, Last night wouldn't link to my steam account, this morning it linked & now it just lags/crashes/cursor doesn't move on the browser list.

Not a good start.

Spec Ops The Line on flash sale for £3.99 until 10 am. Quite tempted after the outstanding zeropunctuation review.

I rented it on xbox and played though it in 2 sittings (and its not short), I actually really enjoyed it for how it made you feel as you played through.

Second time i played it through (something i never did with rented games but this one was worth it) its kinda eye opening.

Well worth £4

Well game launched, and server menu finally come around even though it was still laggy.

However,Joining a server im stuck in "Spectator mode"..apparently this is also a bug.

Looks like we bought a bug infected nightmare.

Anyone know if its worth getting the franchise pack for Saints Row 4 so you get the dlc or just get the base game? Thanks

Personally I'd get the base game and any DLC you like the look of, will work out cheaper, especially if you already own the previous games + DLC from the humble bundles etc.

Im going to bias here and say "no" i love all the lego games and cant fault them.

What's the thing with the lego games? I played the Star Wars one, but found it incredibly dull after the initial novelty wore off. Just plugging through unchallenging level after unchallenging level.

Are the later ones better? Or was I just missing something?

There mainly for my daughter but i also have a saved game for them,i just find them fun and quite funny, yes they can get preparative but no different from any other game.

If you are comparing the sale to 2 years ago, when these sites were not really available, then you are comparing two different things.

Not sure what you mean, there were plenty of Steam competitors around just two years ago. I've bought games off Steam in sales for prices that I've never seen repeated since though.
