Steam Summer sale - 19-30th June

Community voting is stupid. I only just joined the other day and it put me in green... Not a chance in he'll I'll be in a winning team.

Only ever since valve clocked onto reddit setting the competition to be fair for everyone. Go figure... Valve, rig something? Never...

Anyway, I'm now waiting for trials fusion to his the sales properly. Hoping it will be in daily or flash. But no guarantee so looks like it will be sat in normal sales until the last day.

Community voting and Summer Adventure are separate. Assuming you are referring to the Summer Adventure points race being rigged, I personally think its a lot more down to the more well off Steam members sticking to one team and chucking money at it. The reddit plan went down the pan as soon as Steam announced that there would be a first, second and third place.

Looks like red team are set to win again. Not that I have heard of anyone actually getting the games on their wishlist?

Not sure, Pink have quite a lead on them today.

What is the difference between Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut and non DC. I seem to have the non DC which is no longer available to buy.

Missing Link DLC (which gets seamlessly integrated into the game)
New game+
Improved Textures
Boss battles were overhauled
8 hours of developer commentary
"Making of" video
More control over augments

Yeah I'd suggest getting the Director's Cut, especially if you prefer Stealth. The reworked boss battles (one of the few flaws in the original game) give you more options.

I couldn't complete the latest Deus Ex. The AI let it down so much. Enemies could see you straight through floors and walls and did really stupid things. Ruined the game for me.

Example:

Cobi Treasure Deluxe
Vertiginous Golf
Master Reboot
Far Cry 3 - Deluxe
Octodad: Dadliest Catch
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed - Upcoming DLC
Chuck's Challenge 3D
DLC Quest

so far i got these above. i have a load on my wishlist but i'll be waiting to see if they go down any more.
plus

Lost Planet 3
Metro: Last Light - Season Pass
Monopoly
Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed - Yogscast DLC
State of Decay
Arcadecraft
Reach for the Sun
Tabletop Simulator
Flockers
PAC-MAN and the Ghostly Adventures
Super Puzzle Platformer Deluxe
Kane and Lynch 2 - Dog Days
Payday 2
Outlast

spent £76.54 so far

Last edited:

When did you attempt to complete it?

Having very recently (two months ago) completed the Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director's Cut on Steam I can be certain that I didn't encounter any such AI issues. It all worked as intended and this included a stealth no kill run (apart from the bosses).

Same to be honest. I've completed the game twice, over 60 hours game time (one non-DC and one DC, last completion was 11/13) and I've never seen such glitchy AI in either play through. They are most likely very rare.
