The thing that's killed the excitement for me is no more daily/flash deals. It was fun waiting to see what popped up each day.

Thanks for the heads up, was hoping it would be a little cheaper as its only £22 odd on the key sites but this will be easier lol!

MGS V is back up to £24.99 now. Guess the £14.99 price was a mistake, since it was only cut to $40 in the US.

Ha! I thought that but would I get in trouble then playing the games in UK? To be honest there's not much out there that I want at the moment. Should really go through what I have before buying anymore games.

TW3 and FO4, the price has to be right though. Sub-tenner I'll think about, otherwise probably not.

FO4 won't be sub £10 for a while.
TW3 deserves paying full price for, top developers.

You can access the steam sales from your mobile phone with the Steam app

Same for me. I'd have loads of games in my wishlist waiting for the sales. But now doesn't seem much point in waiting for games to come up on sale a couple of times a year, when you can get them pretty much all the time on a CD key site for cheaper than the sale would be.

Same. Past three or four Steam sales I've maybe bought two games, I think. Games I was absolutely sure I was going to play right away.

That's basically what I try and do now - ask myself, "Am I actually going to play this right now?" If not, then there's a good chance it would sit in my library for months(or years) and I could easily buy it later for the same price or even cheaper if I really want to play it.

I did make an exception with FFX/X2 just recently, though. But that's mainly because I want to support more FF games coming to PC.
