Steam Summer Sale 2016 set for 23rd June for two weeks

Bought Firewatch, finished Firewatch - disappointed at Firewatch ending. Hmm do I buy anything else?

Well, I didn't plan on getting much this time around.

Bought Ark: Survival Evolved, played it for 30 minutes and decided it wasn't for me and got a refund, probably didn't give it enough chance, but I just don't have the time to put the hours in to it like I used to have with Rust. With the refund I bought Firewatch and Jalopy. Also bought Farming Simulator 2015, but that comes with the territory when you live south west.

I got

Gal Civ 3
Soma
Amnesia Collection
Gloria Victis
Total Warhammer

...Soma is particularly impressive. such a well designed game it has really amazed me.

Bought a steam link....

Mainly for KODI if truth be told, probably a cheaper way of doing it, but the odd game on the big TV downstairs might be a novelty.

Raspberry pi would be cheaper yeah. Can also stream pc games if your on Nvidia with gamestream.

Got a few games in the end, among them "The Stanley Parable" and "Superhot", then got a refund for those 2 games.

Both rated well, but just didn't get on with them.

I think the only games I'm tempted by now are Hearts of Iron IV and Overwatch, neither of which are in the sales sadly.

I've definitely held back this sale. I thought I'd just by the games when I actually fancy playing them.
Fancy playing Portal and Prison architect so I'll get those tomorrow.
I have 15 games on wishlist I'd have usually bought, but know I won't play them just yet.

Prison Architect is awesome, if you do like that, check out Rimworld (not on steam yet - http://rimworldgame.com/ ) it's even better and only in alpha.

Rim world is up on steam though not to purchase quiet yet but next couple of weeks I believe.

And yeah PA is a fantastic game

Brilliant game, got it in a humble bundle months ago and is one of the only games i now regularly play :)

Not played BF4 since buying it, haha. It's way more rewarding when you get a kill! Only thing is the framerate is VERY inconsistent on my desktop (from 30 to 130 - it dips and goes high super quick), but pretty sure that's more down to my card/cpu.
