Steam Summer Sale 2016 set for 23rd June for two weeks

last couple of punts on VR stuff.

Waterbears looks like fun, suppose it's about time to get elite to see a decent space game in VR.

Well...... I have gone and done it. DOOM purchased in the summer sale. Hope I like it! I remember playing the old DOOM on my Dad's computer and launching through DOS. cd\games\doom

I've been bad this morning.

Idly sitting on steam, within seconds had bought

Southpark
Portal 2
CoH2 bundle

Only game I've picked up is Civ V complete bundle. Only had to pay just over £6 since I already owned Civ V base game.

Understand? Sure! Fully appreciate? Probably not!

Grab a play Borderlands 2 GOTY then! :D

I've been thinking about playing Borderlands 2 for a while, but then I think... Well I ought to play Borderlands 1 aswell before hand :p I just don't have the time :p

Think I'm going to take a pop at "Tales From The Borderlands" - I watched a Let's Play and the humour and graphics style look right up my alley :D

I picked up Just Cause 3 for £14. I already had Tomb Raider.

I'm having a blast, although its kind the same game play. Go here, blow everything up, go there and blow more stuff up. Looks fantastic tho.

You can really skip Borderlands 1. You might miss a few story beats in BL2 as a result, but it's really not the emphasis of the game anyways.

Tales from the Borderlands is a great choice, though. You'll miss some references to the main games, but *lots* of people have loved it without having ever played BL1 or 2, or just didn't like those games and quit.

Rocket League is one of my fav games of all time so that gets my vote!

Well I have a load to play so to save money I just bought Witcher 1 & 2 and that added to what I have will more than keep me going to the Xmas sales.

Trying to be more disciplined and only pick up games I really wanted this time, so have gone with:

Just Cause 3
Shadow of Mordor
Alien Isolation

Okay I've just bought:

- Papers, Please
- Tales From The Borderlands
- The Long Dark
- Life Is Strange

I think that'll keep me busy for a while :D

Depends what you're in the mood for but it would have to be Witcher 3 for me, without hesitation.

Does Rainbow Six Siege have a good following online still? I.e.worth getting for £18? I've done some of the training sessions previously and found it really good but haven't played online.

Considering 'no limits 2' since only £20, played the demo on the vive and is very good but worried about the longevity of it.

If you're in to building coasters then it's very much the best of the best, and yes a great bolt on VR ride to play on the creations, the best so far.

Obvious and easy answer, but I feel if planet coaster nails on VR then you're going to get a heck of a lot more. There are others around in the VR space, but from what I've seen they're very much indy titles, and have a stunted development.

Just emptied put the wallet for the jump scare 'the visitor' and tabletop sim... people are saying it's great in VR.
