Yes very good, if you like crazy chaotic fun, explosions out the backside and a HUGE free roaming map where you can take a bus up a snowy mountain with a boat then ride it down it? Yes.

Well you'll get the remaster version for free if you own Skyrim + every DLC, so if they remove a way for getting it all cheap, they can charge a premium for the remaster version

£20.99 for X-Com 2... is that a good price without dlc?

One of the few games I like enough to not only complete but do repeat playthroughs. I'd definitely recommend it if you are a fan of the genre.
