Yeah I noticed that too. Very crafty.

I purchased Skyrim at full price when it first came out and was planing on picking it up the legendary version on steam sale. They won't be getting a penny out of me now.

So am i right in thinking all the sale prices are set now as they are, and all we see at 6pm is a new rotation of what deals they highlight?

A real shame that. From what I've seen so far, there's nothing amazing that I want to buy. Most of these deals are similar or not as discounted than previous deals. I'm just glad I picked up my Skyrim Legendary for a tenner many years ago. Some of the newer games are on decent sale though. Like close to £20 for games like Doom and Just Cause 3. Looking at just the first page of top sellers... none of the games have more than 50% discount.

wouldn't be first time HSBC have put a block on a steam purchase for me (I think I must have called them 4 times in past .. surely not it should be part of my normal usage of my card ... grrr)
