GTA deals have been really bad in this sale. I got the complete collection for about £6 last year sale.

Probably due to GTA5 coming out. They probably think people whom do not own the predecessors may be willing to pay extra to cram them in before the newest one arrives.

When I was reading this thread earlier I was laughing at people for complaining that Euro Truck Simulator 2 lost the daily vote. Went and downloaded the demo to see what the fuss was about and it's actually a whole lot of fun. I assumed that it was solely about driving trucks rather than a somewhat detailed company builder/manager also.

Does anyone know any other games which allow you to build up your company, hire drivers/employees etc sort of like how ETS does, while you tool around doing it yourself also? Can't think of anything besides the X series but that's a bit too deep to be a pick-up-and play thing like ETS is.

I guess it depends if you value steam achievements and the ability to collect the cards/badge, and maybe on whether you dislike capsule. I'm not sure I'd pay for something a second time, then again I guess its a very small amount of money.
