Steam Summer Sale

Yes!

Cheating AI
Spamming Fleet AI
Combat that really doesn't feel right with the use of CARDS

I play it now and then, but best person to ask would be HUW on steam :)

I wouldn't pay anymore than a fiver for it

Fair enough, might just stick with Civ 5 and wait to see if it comes up on a flash sale for less money :)

Shouldnt there be a seaparate thread where the daily deals were reflected on the first post? That has worked quite well previously.

Its here! Wonder how many times the 'wallet' image was posted since it began :p

Probably end up picking up a silly number of indie games that look good and never getting round to playing em.

Also, Toki Tori 2... yup, think I'll get it. Plus got 3 spare 10% off vouchers through for it (on top of the sale so £7.12).

Edit: Apparently my purchase was declined by my bank.... intriguing.

So whats the story with the cards? I've never really paid any attention too them until now.

You just play the games to unlock them? Then 'craft' them into a badge?

Is that it or is there more to it!?

Can anyone explain this trading card crap to me please? Steam doesn't exactly give the best explanation of it, so what, I play skyrim for 10 hours+ and at some arbitrary point it will spit a card out me or something?

Not just be easier doing what they did on teh Xmas sale a few years back, where specific achievements get you something? :S

anyone know if defiance is worth a purchase

It's fun for a while, it will trail off in the end though but until that point it's a pretty good game. If you're into your third person shooters and/or maybe like the TV show then it's worth the £6.70, just don't expect an in-depth MMO.

Searched YouTube for a surgeon simulator 2013 video and saw the RoosterTeeth gameplay :D

I now want this game!
