Just bought Command and Conquer 4 and Command and Conquer red Alert 3 for £7.50 each 50% off both.
I played the original Command and Conquer and Red Alert for many a happy hour back in the day so hope these newer ones are good.

I feel like the franchise prices are a little pricey still. I'm sure I got the complete GTA franchise for £4.99 one year.
Yeah it's because they haven't hit the deaily/flash/community choice yet. Give it a while and it's bound to be on a better offer. First rule of the steam sale

Just bought Crysis 2 maximum edition 50% off so that's 3 new games to play to keep my busy for a week or 2.
Cant see Crysis 3 on Steam anywhere do they not have that.
Played the original when it came out and it brought my sli 8800s down to 12 fps on highest settings lol.

Make sure you mod Crysis 2 with the MaLDoHD mod.

£7 really isn't a lot for a game in the grand scheme of things. I bought it for £7 just to give a bit support the dev, and for the sake of £2... I didn't fancy paying £11.99 though.

Thats a tough one!
If you are looking for mindless fun and longevity then BL2, definitely.
If you are looking for a reasonably short, but massively engrossing game then Bioshock.

No chance. Bioshock Infinite's storyline beats almost anything, and that alone is worth it for me.

I think there's 3 very good games there, although I've yet to play Crysis 3 so someone might correct me on this.
Bioshock Infinite - I haven't completed (360) but I am a fair way into the SP campaign. I think some of the faults from Bioshock are still apparent but is a more refined version of the original, with the same outstanding atmosphere. There have been some standout moments in the game.
Borderlands - Racked up about 25hrs on this one. So much content, particularly with all the various DLC. Love the game and like the above is a more refined version of the original BL game. Can get samey sometime in single player and is better as a co-operative game.
Crysis 3 - I've played 1 and 2 and preferred the 2nd one (going to get shot down for this) simply becuase I preferred the tighter level design. I'd imagine C3 plays more like C2 than C1.
Personally I take BL2 or Bioshock Infinite.

Ok so today ive bought 2 command and conquer games crisis original crisis warehead crisis 2 and bioshock infinite need to stop looking and start playing now.

Tomb Raider is very good game I really enjoyed playing that.
Tomb Raider was cheaper on Amazon when I last looked
Little bit more expensive on Amazon at the moment
