Steam Summer Sale

Bought a few games with Tropico being one bought on a whim and its the only one I've played solidly for the last day or so. Funny how the one game I wasn't fussed about playing has me hooked. :)

Same, I bought Bastion for a quid or whatever it was a few days ago, with no real interest in it before, I've been playing it more than anything else. It's awesome! :D

I wanted Bastion too but Steam lost the plot while I was purchasing and I missed out. Hope it comes up on sale again before the end.

I was thinking whether it would be a good game to introduce to my 11 year old daughter. Get her interested in PC gaming rather than the naff stuff on facebook or candy crush :(

Just caved again ( wasn't gonna buy anything but had already bought Tropico 4 ) and i bought a 4-pack borderlands 2 and got myself the season pass !

Been playing KSP for most of last night and early this morning. Just been launching unmanned satellites so far. The first Kerbal goes into orbit (or exploded all over the launch pad) tonight.

Don't regret buying Deadlight, very nice platform game. The combat is weirdly satisfying too, I think it's the audio :p

Voted for Monaco also. A friend and I bought Torchlight 2 for £7.50, then shortly afterwards it comes up in the community vote sale. :/ can't grumble though, it's not as if £3.75 is a life changing amount of money. :p

It's like people will never learn, no matter what you do.

The absolute worst are the regulars who are very much aware of how the sales work, but for whatever reason they still decide to go against any sensible logic.

I bought the standard New Vegas a while back with no DLC, now if I want it, I'll have to pay more than the Ultimate Edition.

This is the one thing they really REALLY need to fix. I don't know if it's the publishers fault or Valve's, but whoever's responsible for the usual DLC rip-off tactics should be held accountable.
