Did he live in that block of flats? The one that smells really weird when you walk past it :p

Think so, not noticed the odd smell myself, after living in stoke nothing smells bad anymore

Awesome work, I had a similar situation. But mine was around the ARB.

It's a git to undo the drop links otherwise I would have done exactly the same. You can only be charged for causing damage to a clamp, not for removing it :D

It was lucky the corsa has a straight ARB across the back of the engine with droplinks that run right next to the strut.

There was some sort of commotion going on in that carpark again when I drove past a minute ago.

Quite why they go to all that effort to 'protect' a carpark with no history of parking problems I don't know. It has the sort of carpark you'd expect to find at a major out of town supermarket for a pet shop and a branch of Wickes

Love it :) You're my new hero :D

I hate the fact they turned up and clamped the other side whilst you're already dealing with the first. It's your property. They shouldn't be touching your car. I'd have gone mental the very moment I saw some scrawny little ***** touching my car.

Hahah Flash Gordon is no longer my hero, let me tell you.

That's really great work and I need to buy appropriate tools/keyboards.

LOL absolutely brilliant mate! I think you should have got your digi cam out and snapped their facial expressions when they realised what was going on. For extra points ask the rozzers to get a pic of you and the clampers together :D
