Just time for squatting this morning... Felt very tired.

Deltsantrize is the other major muscle that needs attention.

That, with chestanbize, is basically everything.

I had the option of using the gym this evening, but decided to eat pizza.

Did some squats, too, but my hip wasn't too keen.

Mother of dogs... My quads are completely destroyed. Three weeks without squatting... And then this. :eek:
 
I am actually struggling to walk: my quads tell me to go forth and multiply so I can't put any weight through them. Making walking, sitting, standing, etc. REALLY awkward...
 
More squats (got some annoying twinge from picking up a heavy suitcase over the holidays)...

Still sore from Monday and legs were tighter than two tight things... So felt very broken.
