Feels good... Although a "graunch" event a couple of days ago (shoulder randomly grinds around in its socket doing an entirely normal thing like lifting a hand) appears to have made my right shoulder a bit unhappy.
 
Almost a completely missed week... Tried deadlifting on Wednesay but just couldn't get it working.

BACK SQUAT (3) 120-120-120-80(8)-80(8) Working weight was probably a tad too heavy, but not a problem. Form started to go on the last set so...

Not bad. I think I have an idea of my training max, now, so can work with that.
 
Seemingly sucked back into Russian Squat Routine... Just because I have enjoyed it when I have done it and the routine works for me.

BACK SQUAT (2) 100-100-100-100-100-100 Very slow and some paused reps for that extra burn. No drama.
DEADLIFT (3) 100(5)-130(5)-150(3)-150(3)

Should have done more but started too late. :(

Will do some arms tomorrow at work. :D

SAR (12) 25-25-25 Weight is probably closer to 30-35kg as I am using a barbell im a t-bar motion but holding the sleeve with the working hand.

BACK SQUAT (4*6) 100kg... No drama - just painfully slow, controlled squats... My legs were not happy with me.
DBSS (10) BW-10-10 Weight is for the dumbbell in each hand. Very happy considering these had been giving me coccyx pain for a while. My legs were destroyed by this point, however.
BROCEPS ss/w BROCEPS (12) Three rounds. Because.

Nice workout. The Ivanko bar at work really does make a difference...

DBSS (10) BW-10-10 Weight for each dumbbell. Legs = destroyed after the RSR volume.

Standing in a shop and my legs are already hurting a lot. Really happy I work on the third floor of an office block. :eek:
 
Finally got back in the gym after a combination of work distractions and a spasm in QL...

BACK SQUAT (5*4 @ 107.5kg) No real drama, but started getting tired at the end.

Compact session, but nice one to ease myself back into things...

BACK SQUAT (2*6 @ 100kg) No drama. Just slow, careful, elderly lifting.

DELTS (12) Loads.
