Yeah the problem is now the money won't be available to use for anything else and it's gonna take till middle of next week to show back in the account as cleared funds again. If I get another 7800GT or even better 7800GTX then that's fine with me, would definitely like to know tomorrow what's happening though.

7800GT an absolute steal. I will have to order one now for my second box and a new hard drive and a new wireless mouse and ............
Are the 7800Gt's still in stock?

Having multiple systems linked together just doubles the risk of a failure (actually this situation is a good example of raid 0 ;) ). If one system is used and the connection fails the shop goes down and stops this from happening.

Surely you have a remote way of accessing the website for emergencies, backup plan?

Glad I did not order, or travel down to the shop.

Gotta say though, absolute bargains, at least 1 or 2 people will be happy as they will get what they ordered in terms of the 7800's etc (I would be)

AGP users could do a lot worse than this @ £50+VAT:

Sapphire ATI Radeon X800 XL 256MB DDR3 TV-Out/DVI (AGP) - Retail (21056-00-20) (GX-090-SP)

~6800GS performance for £58, can't do much better than that on the aging AGP platform.

I got the 6800 instead as its £52 + del. Inside my £60 budget for a mate.

Yes the system will prevent over ordering and there is backup way of getting in but with a NET failure the preventive measure will not operate and I cannot get in to fix things. I shall be there early tomorrow.

I will do my best to make those happy who ordered before 8pm tonight by upgrading to superior products if they are available, otherwise its just a refund the money back situation.
 
Good job Gibbo, I am sure everyone appreciates your efforts, espescially as its 10.30pm on a Friday when you could be out enjoying yourself.

These things happen, not the end of the world for people, worse things in life. :)

Also is it mainly the graphics cards that have been hit by this problem?

The one I can upgrade I will and the ones where the only option is to refund I will mail to let you know a refund has been made. :)

Thanks. We appreciate your work, although won't things get complicated if the order contained more than one item. I don't really want to pay £8 to have a £3 USB cable delivered :D (hence I ordered a 7800GT and a usb cable, and a Vantec PCI card cooler thing)
