Strange marks on IHS of new 8600k (from Ocuk)?

it`s simple when u dont pay for a binned one, u get a prebinned garbage tier, sometimes paste/fingerprints are not wiped off.
So stick to boxed/sealed cpus to be safe, and have a chance on getting a decent one, not a failed bin from the bottom of the barrel.

With respect to the original post I see no sign of paste or fingerprints, just a pattern left by the pressure of bubble wrap on the IHS made visible by condensation.

Did you even read the reply where this isn't the case since no binned chips go into the OEM stock or otherwise. False information like this does nothing but cause issues that are not needed.
