Well it looks like it is 1-2 days after Eid, so fasting will be over by then, so I think I will definately try and come down if only for a few hours of casual play. Would be good if a few of the ocukers could make it down, anyone else planning too?
 
Good games Arth and Rav, man I'm suprised you guys let me get that 7-8 game win streak with the amount of taunting I was doing lol, I was expecting Cammy or Dhalsim to come out at any time... instead I was met by Gouken :mad: lack of practice vs him that's all it was...

Sorry I couldn't stay on for long, next time guys, keep practising, you both need it. :D

The PS3 Tekken Arcade stick, presumably should be ok to use with SF(noob question :p).

Also I understand it is wireless. Will this also contribute to some "lag/frame" issues do you think?

I think a wireless stick is a bad idea.

Long story as to why I disappeared for a couple of months, but I now have a batchelor pad and a shiny new broadband connection here too so I'm back :)

Just picked this up after not playing for a couple of months and man, do I suck!!!
Anyone around for some knobbing about, see if I can sharpen up a bit?

I appreciate the answer to this may be quite long, but, what have I missed??
 
Good to have you back Chris :) as far as updates go:

The PS3 SF4 scene on ocuk is practically dead, even I got bored of playing and cut down a lot. But I recently picked up a cheap 360 and have gotten back into it! I still abuse FA, my execution has probably improved, overall from when we last played (months ago?) I am a bit better but I am still **** at combos. Oh and I have started using Guile here and there, he is officially my second main :D

As far as the others go -

Ojste disappeared after his PS3 died.
Kreeeee and Margaret don't play as much online (and probably offline) these days. Neither does Cav, I have openly challenged him to a Guile - Guile mirror match and am still waiting for him to accept!
Your mate Jambo :p hardly plays aswel.
Artheas still hammers the game, and is quite efficient now with every character I think. He can play against my Ryu comfortably with probably 8 different characters.
There is a new guy on the scene, Rav, who plays with a few chars and is decent, but his Dhalsim is good.
I've not signed on PS3 myself in ages so dunno if Rainiac and few others still sign on there anymore.

If you wanna have regular sessions online, buy a 360!
 
Many consider Sim to be the best.

Some people beat daigo, he's just another player, none if the brim players did though.

Oh, there are 6 MvC3 setups here FYI.
