Could well be form. At my local gym I can always lift better/heavier on bench than at my Newcastle gym - the design of the bench is totally different and I just can't seem to get a good setup on the Newcastle one.

OHP 5x5 47.5kg
DL 1x2 130kg - Not sure what happened here. 130kg felt "okay" a couple of days ago, but this time I felt like I could barely budge it. Put it down to a bad shift and have another go in a few days.
