STS-135 - The Final Space Shuttle Mission

On BBC4 last night Prof Cox was doing a documentary on the whole space flight/moon landings history. Still gives me goosebumps seeing the Apollo 11 footage and I dont know how many times I've seen it :)

They talked about the Shuttle, and how when they were planning and getting funding for the programme it was envisaged to be going twice a week! heh

Goes to look on iplayer, each shuttle was designed to do 100 flights.

Wohoo! God Speed Atlantis!

I've got video recorders going in every direction (about ten of them). I'm not missing this! :D

Edit: Freeview x2, TiVo x3, PC1 x4, PC2 x4. My Virgin connection has been going up and down all day so just like NASA, I've got redundancy. :)
