Unfortunately all your posts are based on assumptions of things you think I've said or believe.

Do you finish every single post with that sentence? (Rhetorical, please don't answer this)

In future I'll just ignore your question?

Please please put me on ignore.

How can anybody still be arguing that Suarez isnt a dirty horse faced racist cheat after this report is beyond me.

Please please put me on ignore.

I'm not going to put you on ignore becuse when you're getting bullied by all the bigger boys in the Spoiler thread again, I want to be able to watch and laugh at you.

Baz, that's nice to know. If only you were one of those bigger boys, you could bully me yourself.

Anyway, seeing as it's my last post in here, here's a picture I quickly put together of Baz. Red tinted eyes too! Can't knock me for effort.

Open and shut case from where I'm sitting as well.

Having read more about it now, it certainly seems that way.

Liverpool doing themselves no favours with the statement by the club, nor the shirts in support. I'd like the FA to take action against them for that, but don't think it will happen.

That's not actually the case though, AFAIK and from my reading of the FA disciplinary guidelines, the 3 match ban cannot be increased by the FA if a player is sent off for violent conduct. Thatcher wasn't actually sent off so his case was heard separately by the FA.

Straight Red - 3 game ban. I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that the FA could increase the ban if they see fit.

Nothing wrong with a player getting a ban for something the Referee didn't spot, but if the FA or Referee feel a straight red isn't enough they should have no qualms about increasing it.

It's the statement that's done them the most damage. After releasing something so emotionally charged before any of these reports came to light it's very difficult to see how they can go back on it.

Rock - Liverpool - Hard Place

It's possible but they choose not to. There should be a sliding scale of bans for all different offenses. As it stands, whether you put your hand in someones face, whether you straight out punch someone or whether you put in a horrific tackle, each offense is punished in the same way.

I also really didn't like the shirt support, showing support for someone who's been found guilty (in what looks like an open - shut case) of racism. Pretty poor, racism has no place in the world, let alone football. I would hope the FA would do something about this.

Liverpools statement was bad at the time and now looks even more ridiculous.

No, I completely agree. IF it's pretty obvious that something has happened that does deserve further punishment the FA shouldn't be afraid to increase or even double the ban.

Showing support for somebody they believe was wrongfully charged is not an offense. Just because somebody has been found guilty of something, there is no law stopping anybody, whether it be the Liverpool players, your or I in expressing the belief that you disagree with the verdict. We live in a free Country after all.

The FA found him guilty of misconduct but said they didn't believe he was a racist. Papers publish headlines accusing him of being an outright racist and everyone jumps on the racism bandwagon. We either say nothing and allow people to believe he's a racist or we show our support for him. Either way we would've come out of this looking like clowns.

More I read about McCormick the more I think Suarez would've been better supporting himself. We agreed with Evra's version of events yet the clear footage of Suarez kicking him on the knee and doing it intentionally is a dive and a very blatant dive :o

I still wouldn't of shown support for someone with such a charge hanging over them (well in relation to the shirt support). It looked to me that they were supporting Suarez in a racist argument. It has no place in the world and certainly not football. An unwise move. I do hope the FA have words with Liverpool about it, if it result in a fine then so be it.

Coupled with the statement too, it makes Liverpool look butt hurt and bitter (excuse the phrases) and a little tact would have gone a long way.

I disagree, I think there is a way to still support a player in said situation and for the club to come out and keep respect. It's all about tact, I think Liverpool could have handled the situation a lot better.

Oh well :) over and done with now.

How can it look to you that they've supported Suarez in a racist argument when their statement makes it clear that they didn't believe he said anything racist?

The statement from the players and the shirts that they wore, was clearly a show of support for Suarez in the belief that they felt he was wrongfully charged.

Had the players accepted he said something racist and still showed their support in such a way, you can then say it's gone against 'racism' but they've not done that. As above, I'm not sure how the players can be found guilty of anything.

Do you know anything to suggest that it wasn't the players idea? Suarez is said to be a very popular member of the squad and judging by the views of several senior players that have spoke out, the squad was very much behind Suarez.
