Subaru-powered Toyota FT-86 gets closer to production...

Looked all over one of these when I dropped the Supra off for a service, decided I will be getting one as it just looks perfect to me externally and internally, I don't even care that its no faster than the VTEC Prelude I started driving with, it just feels right.

However I'm going to wait until they hit 10K as buying one new just seems dense to me as dropping £30k on a car that will lose another 15-20 in a few years makes no sense to me as I could basically get a Ferrari 348 for that and I would enjoy it more.

Yeah the problem is if the don't give it the forced induction it deserves why would any sane person pay extra for the STi when you can just buy the basic car and an aftermarket turbo/SC for the same or less money and have an even better car
