no because i asked the ones i spoke to. i worked with over 300 UAE/Omani citizens and the canteen offered halal. most of them completely ignored it despite being religious and half the time ate macdonalds.
 
subway's are franchises, im sure the franchisee must therefore be muslim.

how about you write a letter of complaint to subway, they might actually do something, if they lose enough customers.
 
Im not trying to state that Muslims should not be allowed their halal stores but not when it hinders the rest of us who want to a burger or sarnie covered in bacon! Yes there are cafe's and such that do this but we should still have access to the same franchise as it should be and not just filtered for Muslims. Even more so when 95% of franchises around here are all Halal!

Well then take it up with Subway or KFC. They're doing it to make more money so I doubt they care if someone can't get their bacon from a certain store :p
