Suicide outside my office

Quite clearly fake, as is most of those kinda of threads on 4chan - regardless, why would you bring the opinions of a bunch of morons upon oneself? Surely she knows she's overweight? Surely she knows that people aren't going to go "Wow, your pockets of fat are really attractive to me." And why would she randomly post her picture up on a site she knew nothing about? Surely she'd have seen the thousands of other threads similar to that and would realise that no one on that board has anything intelligent to say?

If not, she's stupid. or "was stupid".

As far as I understand, it was indeed fake, and your point is correct. I myself have a weight issue recently, there would be no point in me posting pictures of myself for people to point at and call me "fatty". Why would I set myself up for that? Makes no sense. I know it, and other people know it, they wouldn't want to see it, so I wouldn't do it ^^. I'm not depressed about any of this, its just the state of the world until I do something about it.

My point though, was that suicide very *rarely* as black and white as many of the posts in this thread, and if the picture were indeed "true", would represent something entirely delusional as well, not that the users of that particular forum would appreciate it. They simply responded as you would expect them to.

My only suggestion would be that whoever it is, whenever they have these sorts of feelings, should reach out to professional help, because the majority of people are incapable of handling such a situation.

There is still no official reason for the suicide as yet, but thats to be expected.

However, from people who have spoken to those she worked with it would appear it was down to an alcohol and drug related problem, which led to her being disowned by her parents. This was followed by being dismissed from work for being unfit to work on the morning of the suicide.

Again, thats just speculation.

I've not looked into this thread for a while, but I see my comments on page one were getting some replies. I stand by what I said, suicide is an entirely selfish act. In the case of my sister, yes I'm angry about what happened. If this person wanted to kill themselves that's a shame, however, to jump off a building onto a busy street is a disgraceful thing to do. It shows complete disregard for the unfortunate people who have to witness such a horrific event or could have been hurt as a consequence. The person who I was talking about deserves no sympathy due to their actions. Clearly this is an exceptional case, people who feel they have no other option but to take their life need help and support. Hope this clarifies what I originally said.
