Summer 2018 - thread

Actually had to take my coat off when I was walking into town earlier. Thank goodness for the sun! Might even mow the lawn and BBQ later!

I had training wednesday evening and this morning (saturday). The difference in weather is ridiculous (pouring rain and cold to overheat sun). I have full winter and summer training gear all out and I can't put either set away yet :o

pretty ideal yesterday ,took my dog for an exercise swim down the gannel crantock early on as the mist was burning off and a polzeath surf mid afternoon but they red flagged for tourists as mist reformed ,never felt overwarm ,repeat today i think ,

Currently on business in Manila - real feel of 41 degrees, I would welcome to British summer which I am fond of complaining about haha.

Not looking forward to today's heatwave after a somewhat warm sleep last night.

My hay fever has started giving me a sniffly nose, so I am starting my daily doses of 1 teaspoon of local honey.

Well my past experience from the last few years tells me that it works for me. It takes a little longer to work than popping tablets, but I don't miind. I encourage natural treatments over science where feasible. Of course some people go too far, but I don't.

placebo effect.
and lol, if natural remedies worked they would be part of science as many are, however alternative medicines are just playing on peoples fear.
