Personally I wouldn't want him back, as has been said, he has lost his major asset which was pace but he is also a money grabbing little git and he would always put England before the club who pays his wages (though I doubt he will play for England again unless England get a new manager)

I personally dont think any player in the Middleborough squad could strengthen areas of our team that need strengthening.

We need a quality striker who can play with Torres and cover him when needed, and we also need a quality attacking winger who has the desire and winning mentality of the big players in the squad. Not another Riera or Babel.

OK that might have been a bit harsh putting Riera with Babel, but he's just too inconsistent and seems to go missing when the weather gets cold

Thing is coco is not handling our transfers now so do you think our real targets will be public knowledge at the moment?
