Bale has **** link up with the strikers, at anfield he did **** all and just completely ignored defoe was it and tries to run through the defence himself?
Spurs, with Vertonghen and Dembele there already, plus they need a striker.
Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed he has plans in place to improve his Manchester United squad in the summer.
The Scot claimed his 13th league title with United this season but has already started his preparations to defend that crown next term.
He is convinced he has the players at the club to provide a solid foundation for the next five years but is still keen to add quality where possible.
And despite not having the spending power enjoyed by the likes of Manchester City or Chelsea, Ferguson is confident that United can be competitive in the summer transfer window.
"You have to look at the structure of the club at present, in terms of the number of first-team players we have at 23 or under," Ferguson said in his column for Inside United.
"We've been doing a bit of work on that over the last three or four months, targeting who the players are that we feel could enhance us, make us better or help us maintain the level we're at."
"David De Gea, Rafael, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Alex Buttner, Nick Powell, Tom Cleverley and Danny Welbeck, Shinji Kagawa and Chicharito are 24. Jonny Evans is 25 and Wayne Rooney is hitting his peak at 27.
"Older players like Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Rio Ferdinand may be coming towards the end of their careers, but these younger players are the foundation for the next five or six years, irrespective of the players breaking through, like Adnan Januzaj, the Belgian boy, who's really looking very good.
"Hopefully the players we bring into the club in the next year or so will be of the quality we need. We're competitive in the market - we're not Chelsea or Manchester City in terms of money but we're competitive.
"We've been doing a bit of work on that over the last three or four months, targeting who the players are that we feel could enhance us, make us better or help us maintain the level we're at."
Peter Andre and Katie Price Jordan? Nah can't see it happening either mate!Sources saying a deal for Andre and Jordan Ayew to Fulham is 90% done.
Can't see it happening or being true though![]()
You really have no idea what you're talking about do you? lol
Bale is a winger, why would he not want to be a winger at United, or at any other club for that matter?
He's had a few games where he's had to go in the middle for Spurs because the strikers have been useless apart from Defoe. In fact Bale has quite often been forced to go wherever the ball is, even back in his own half, just to get a touch.
This will make cm's head explode but Bale really is the closest thing to Ronaldo there is and so the best way to utilise him is starting from a wide position with the freedom to come inside; I believe the hipster word for this position is an 'inside forward'
(note before CM does get giddy with the above I'm not suggesting Bale is anywhere near Ronaldo at the moment or will ever get to that standard)
Bale doesn't have the footballing brain to play at the top level centrally. He's an incredibly talented footballer, a physical machine, but he doesn't drift in to space or crate space for others with movement or pick great passes. He's a great player but not a number 10. Imo.
and one game against the champions (at the time) where he had little joy through the centre, doesn't mean he can't play centrally. there's plenty of times this season where it has worked in a 4-3-3. i like him on the wing don''t get me wrong but he can do a job in both areas.
i suggest you watch more spurs games.
No one's saying he cant play centrally (or more specifically the number 10 role) what they're saying is it's by no means his best position nor is he anywhere near being better than someone like Rooney at it.
