Almost certainly. He only just started featuring for Lisbon and with Agger, Toure and probably Sakho (or Skrtel) around, he's going to be a bit part player for a year or so.

If he signs then fair play and a decent signing. Spurs have made some insane signing so Eriksen would be the icing on the cake.
